### VINČA COMPLEX - PROJECT ELEMENTS:

#### What does the PPP project at the Vinča landfill include:

- Diverting at least 340,000 tons of municipal waste annually to a waste-to-energy facility with delivery of electricity to the power grid and thermal energy to the district heating system of JKP Beogradske elektrane,
- Construction of a sanitary landfill with an appropriate leachate treatment system and landfill gas utilization system, for the disposal of all remaining quantities of municipal waste,
- Remediation of the Vinča landfill and its maintenance after closure,
- Diverting at least 200,000 tons of construction and demolition waste annually to a new recycling facility that will produce material for construction and backfilling,
- Treatment of wastewater in a leachate treatment plant
